COMMAND, OPERATIONS & RESISTANCE FORCE DATABASE
Database Classification: MEOWLITIA // CONTROLLED
Issuing Authority: Prime Authority Command
Record Type: Organizational Intelligence Index
Operational Theater: Earth
Recognized Military Branches: 5
Command Status: ACTIVE
RESISTANCE FORCE STRUCTURE
The Meowlitia Military Branches Index is the central organizational record for the five specialized military branches responsible for conducting resistance operations against the Wraith occupation of Earth.
The Meowlitia was not built from the remains of a single human military. It emerged from scattered feline survivors operating across a shattered world where governments, supply chains, communications networks, and conventional command structures had largely ceased to exist.
Under Little Cat, those isolated fighters became something larger.
A resistance with doctrine.
A resistance with discipline.
A resistance capable of fighting a war.
Every branch serves a different purpose. None operates in isolation.
Five branches. One command. One resistance.
00 // PRIME AUTHORITY COMMAND
At the highest level of Meowlitia command stands the Prime Authority, the supreme operational authority of the resistance.
That position is held by: LITTLE CAT // IRON WHISKER
Position: Supreme Commander
Authority: Prime Authority
Affiliation: The Meowlitia
Command Status: ACTIVE
Little Cat maintains ultimate strategic authority over Meowlitia military operations, territorial defense, resistance doctrine, resource allocation, and the continuing campaign against Wraith occupation.
Prime Authority does not attempt to personally command every engagement.
The post-collapse battlefield makes that impossible.
Instead, Meowlitia doctrine relies upon distributed command: commanders and field units are expected to understand strategic objectives well enough to continue operating when communications fail, command personnel are lost, or units become isolated.
The order may come from above. The decision to survive belongs to the warrior on the ground.
THE WAR COUNCIL
The War Council serves as the principal strategic advisory body to Prime Authority.
Its purpose is not to overrule Little Cat.
Its purpose is to make certain no major campaign is planned from a single perspective.
Operational intelligence, territorial defense, logistics, anomalous threats, civilian survival, and offensive capability may all be represented during strategic deliberations.
Council composition changes according to operational requirements.
Permanent membership remains classified.
COUNCIL STATUS: ACTIVE
MEMBERSHIP: RESTRICTED
FINAL AUTHORITY: PRIME AUTHORITY
01 // URBAN WARFARE COMMAND
Branch Designation: UWC
Primary Role: Urban Combat & Territorial Defense
Operational Status: ACTIVE
Commanding Officer: UNASSIGNED / RECORD RESTRICTED
Urban Warfare Command is responsible for fighting in the environment that defines much of the Wraith War: The ruins of human civilization.
Collapsed buildings, abandoned transit systems, bridges, industrial districts, residential blocks, tunnels, rooftops, parking structures, and shattered streets create battlefields where conventional military formations frequently fail.
UWC trains Meowlitia units to turn those environments into defensive advantages.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Urban defensive operations
Stronghold protection
Close-quarters combat
Infrastructure seizure
Building clearance
Street-level territorial control
Civilian evacuation corridors
Defensive fortification
Tunnel and subterranean operations
OPERATIONAL DOCTRINE
Urban Warfare Command does not view a ruined city as destroyed terrain. It views it as terrain waiting to be understood. Every rooftop provides observation. Every alley creates concealment. Every tunnel creates movement. Every collapsed building can become a fortress.
The Wraith may possess superior technology. They do not know our cities like we do.
TYPICAL UNITS
Street Units — General urban combat formations.
Stronghold Teams — Defensive units assigned to critical Meowlitia territory.
Tunnel Teams — Specialists operating beneath occupied cities.
Recovery Teams — Units tasked with securing strategically valuable infrastructure.
KNOWN OPERATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
St. Johns Stronghold
St. Johns Bridge
Shanghai Tunnels
Downtown Portland
Pioneer Courthouse Square
BRANCH MOTTO: THE CITY STILL BELONGS TO US.
02 // RECON & INTELLIGENCE DIVISION
Branch Designation: RID
Primary Role: Intelligence, Reconnaissance & Infiltration
Operational Status: ACTIVE
Commanding Officer: UNASSIGNED / RECORD RESTRICTED
The Recon & Intelligence Division is responsible for answering the questions every Meowlitia operation begins with: Where is the enemy? What are they doing? What are they protecting? And what don't we know?
RID personnel frequently operate ahead of conventional resistance forces, sometimes remaining isolated for extended periods while observing Wraith movements, identifying supply routes, locating survivors, mapping hostile territory, and gathering intelligence.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Battlefield reconnaissance
Wraith surveillance
Covert infiltration
Long-range tracking
Intelligence analysis
Target identification
Route reconnaissance
Counterintelligence
Threat assessment
Communication interception
OPERATIONAL DOCTRINE
Information prevents casualties. RID doctrine prioritizes observation over unnecessary engagement. A reconnaissance operative who identifies a Wraith position and returns unseen may accomplish more than a unit that destroys one patrol and exposes itself. Know the battlefield before the battlefield knows you.
TYPICAL UNITS
Recon Cells — Small teams operating ahead of conventional forces.
Ghost Teams — Covert infiltration specialists.
Trackers — Personnel trained to locate and pursue targets across difficult terrain.
Analysis Cells — Intelligence personnel responsible for converting field information into operational assessments.
KNOWN PERSONNEL ASSOCIATIONS
Bebers — Tracking / Reconnaissance
Sarah — Intelligence / Covert Operations
Additional assignments remain unconfirmed.
BRANCH MOTTO: WHAT WE KNOW, WE CAN FIGHT.
03 // ANOMALY RESPONSE UNIT
Branch Designation: ARU
Primary Role: Anomalous Threat Investigation & Containment
Operational Status: ACTIVE
Commanding Officer: UNASSIGNED / RECORD RESTRICTED
Not everything encountered during the Wraith War can be explained by conventional military doctrine. Some phenomena appear connected to Wraith technology. Others appear linked to feline mutation. Some resemble myths that existed centuries before Day Zero. And some have no explanation at all.
The Anomaly Response Unit investigates them. ARU personnel operate at the boundary between military intelligence, scientific investigation, containment operations, and battlefield survival.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Unidentified technology assessment
Wraith artifact recovery
Biological anomaly investigation
Mutation analysis
Supernatural incident assessment
Containment operations
Environmental anomaly investigation
Unexplained battlefield phenomena
High-risk artifact transport
Anomalous personnel assessment
OPERATIONAL DOCTRINE
Unknown does not mean supernatural. Supernatural does not mean harmless. And unexplained does not mean impossible. ARU doctrine requires personnel to observe before concluding, contain before exploiting, and assume that unidentified Wraith technology is dangerous until proven otherwise.
TYPICAL UNITS
Assessment Teams — First-response personnel dispatched to anomalous incidents.
Containment Teams — Units trained to isolate hazardous objects, environments, or entities.
Recovery Teams — Specialists responsible for retrieving Wraith technology and anomalous material.
Archive Cells — Intelligence personnel comparing current incidents against historical and mythological records.
KNOWN RECORD ASSOCIATIONS
Meowzilla
Jade the Egyptian Princess
Jezebel the Witch Priestess
Morgan Le Feline
Little Cat the Viking
WW2 Little Cat
Association does not establish causation. Investigation remains ongoing.
BRANCH MOTTO: UNDERSTAND THE UNKNOWN. SURVIVE THE ANSWER.
04 // FIELD SUSTAINMENT CORPS
Branch Designation: FSC
Primary Role: Logistics, Medicine, Engineering & Survival
Operational Status: ACTIVE
Commanding Officer: UNASSIGNED / RECORD RESTRICTED
Wars are not sustained by weapons alone. Someone must repair the vehicle. Carry the ammunition. Treat the wounded. Purify the water. Recover the food. Rebuild the generator. Reinforce the stronghold. And get everyone home.
The Field Sustainment Corps maintains the infrastructure that allows every other Meowlitia branch to continue fighting.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Field medicine
Logistics
Supply recovery
Engineering
Infrastructure repair
Transportation
Salvage operations
Stronghold maintenance
Food and water security
Civilian evacuation support
Communications maintenance
OPERATIONAL DOCTRINE
A unit without ammunition cannot fight. A stronghold without water cannot survive. A wounded warrior without medical support becomes a casualty.
FSC doctrine treats logistics as a combat capability. Every functioning radio, repaired vehicle, delivered medical kit, restored generator, and recovered supply cache extends the resistance.
TYPICAL UNITS
Field Medical Teams — Combat medicine and casualty evacuation.
Salvage Teams — Recovery of useful equipment from abandoned or contested territory.
Engineer Teams — Repair and construction specialists.
Supply Columns — Movement of equipment and resources between strongholds.
Recovery Crews — Retrieval of damaged vehicles, weapons, and critical technology.
KNOWN PERSONNEL ASSOCIATION
Bailey — Field Medicine
BRANCH MOTTO: NO UNIT FIGHTS ALONE.
05 // SHOCK & BREACH DIVISION
Branch Designation: SBD
Primary Role: Heavy Assault & Fortified Target Reduction
Operational Status: ACTIVE
Commanding Officer: UNASSIGNED / RECORD RESTRICTED
Some positions cannot be infiltrated. Some strongpoints cannot be bypassed. Some Wraith defenses must simply be broken. That is the mission of the Shock & Breach Division.
SBD units are deployed when Meowlitia command requires overwhelming localized force against hardened targets, fortified positions, defensive barriers, or enemy concentrations too dangerous for conventional assault.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Heavy assault
Breaching operations
Fortified target reduction
Close-quarters shock operations
Strongpoint destruction
Counterattack operations
Heavy weapons deployment
Emergency reinforcement
High-risk extraction
Breakthrough operations
OPERATIONAL DOCTRINE
Shock & Breach does not exist to fight every battle. It exists to fight the battles that require something to break. Speed. Violence of action. Concentration of force. Once committed, SBD units are expected to create an opening that other Meowlitia forces can exploit.
TYPICAL UNITS
Breach Teams — Specialists in forced entry and hardened defensive positions.
Shock Teams — Assault personnel used to overwhelm concentrated resistance.
Heavy Teams — Operators responsible for heavy weapons and specialized equipment.
Extraction Teams — High-risk units deployed when conventional recovery is no longer viable.
KNOWN PERSONNEL ASSOCIATIONS
Personnel assignment remains classified pending verification of active operational records.
BRANCH MOTTO: IF IT WILL NOT OPEN, BREAK IT.
06 // JOINT OPERATIONS DOCTRINE
The five branches of The Meowlitia are designed to operate independently when battlefield conditions demand it. They are most effective when they operate together. A typical joint operation may begin before a single shot is fired.
PHASE I // FIND
Recon & Intelligence Division identifies a Wraith position, observes enemy movement, maps approaches, and determines defensive strength.
PHASE II // UNDERSTAND
If unidentified technology, biological hazards, or unexplained phenomena are present, the Anomaly Response Unit evaluates the threat.
PHASE III // ISOLATE
Urban Warfare Command secures surrounding territory, establishes evacuation corridors, blocks reinforcement routes, and controls the battlespace.
PHASE IV // BREAK
If the objective is fortified, Shock & Breach Division creates the opening.
PHASE V // HOLD
Urban Warfare units occupy and defend reclaimed territory while resistance command determines whether permanent control is strategically viable.
PHASE VI // SUSTAIN
Throughout the operation, the Field Sustainment Corps moves ammunition, treats casualties, repairs equipment, restores infrastructure, and establishes the logistical network required to maintain the position.
This sequence is not mandatory. No two battlefields are identical. Meowlitia doctrine exists to guide decisions. Not replace them.
07 // DISTRIBUTED COMMAND DOCTRINE
Wraith electronic interference, destroyed infrastructure, distance, environmental conditions, and battlefield casualties frequently separate Meowlitia units from higher command. For that reason, obedience alone is insufficient.
Personnel are expected to understand:
The mission
The objective
The commander's intent
The operational environment
The acceptable level of risk
When contact with command is lost, the highest-ranking capable field leader assumes local authority and continues the mission according to known strategic objectives. Initiative is not insubordination. Under the correct conditions, it is survival.
08 // BRANCH IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
Each military branch of The Meowlitia maintains an official insignia identifying its operational role while remaining unified beneath Prime Authority Command.
These insignias appear throughout Meowlitia-controlled territory on uniforms, equipment, intelligence records, vehicles, stronghold signage, supply containers, and operational documentation.
UWC — Urban Warfare Command
RID — Recon & Intelligence Division
ARU — Anomaly Response Unit
FSC — Field Sustainment Corps
SBD — Shock & Breach Division
The insignias allow personnel to rapidly identify branch affiliation in environments where communications, visibility, and conventional identification systems may be compromised. Different insignia. Different specialties. Same oath.
Regardless of branch designation, all personnel serve one resistance: THE MEOWLITIA.
09 // STANDING COMMAND DIRECTIVE
Five branches were not created to divide The Meowlitia. They were created because survival demands specialization.
Some watch. Some investigate. Some sustain. Some hold. Some break the enemy's line.
All serve the same mission.
Protect what remains. Reclaim what was lost. Understand the enemy. Defend Earth. FIVE BRANCHES. ONE COMMAND. ONE RESISTANCE.
JOIN THE MEOWLITIA. THE TIME IS MEOW.
