OVERVIEW

The Meowlitia is a post-apocalyptic feline resistance organization formed in the aftermath of Day Zero to oppose the extraterrestrial invaders known as the Wraith and reclaim Earth from occupation.

Unlike conventional military organizations, The Meowlitia was not founded by surviving governments or remnants of human civilization.

Humanity was largely destroyed during the initial Wraith assault.

When massive alien vessels appeared above Earth's major population centers, columns of brilliant energy descended from the sky and swept across entire cities. Millions of humans were instantly disintegrated, reduced to radioactive ash that drifted across the planet in the days that followed.

The world that emerged from Day Zero was not merely conquered. It was transformed.

In the months following the invasion, exposure to the radioactive remnants of humanity triggered unprecedented mutations among feline populations across the globe. Cats that survived the collapse began exhibiting accelerated intelligence, upright locomotion, advanced communication abilities, and eventually humanoid physical characteristics.

As civilization crumbled and the Wraith expanded their occupation zones, these newly awakened felines inherited a ruined world and a war they never asked to fight.

From those survivors, The Meowlitia was born.

FOUNDING OF THE RESISTANCE

The earliest records of The Meowlitia originate from scattered feline survivor groups operating within the ruins of former human cities.

Without governments, military protection, or functioning infrastructure, survival became the primary objective.

It became clear that if the evolved felines where to have defenders, those defenders would need to come from the species that evolved from the extinction of humanity.

One of the most influential figures to emerge during this period was Little Cat.

Operating within the ruins of occupied urban zones, Little Cat united independent survivor groups under a common banner and established a formal command structure designed to coordinate resistance efforts against the Wraith.

This declaration became known as the Ashfall Oath.

The oath marked the moment the awakened felines ceased acting as isolated survivors and became a unified force.

From the radioactive ashes of humanity and the devastation of Day Zero, The Meowlitia Resistance was born. Not as the heirs of human civilization. but as its avengers.
