THE DESIGN
LITTLE CAT // TRAINING & COMMAND
Survival made them scattered. Little Cat made them a resistance.
Join the Meowlitia, The Time Is Meow! is tied directly to Little Cat's verified Drill Sergeant command record—the training doctrine used to transform surviving felines into disciplined Meowlitia personnel. Under Little Cat's command, survival alone is not enough.
Recruits learn discipline. Unit cohesion. Battlefield awareness. And absolute commitment to the defense of Earth.
The artwork captures Supreme Commander Little Cat in military fatigues issuing the directive that became one of the resistance's most recognizable recruitment calls: JOIN THE MEOWLITIA. THE TIME IS MEOW.
This isn't simply a slogan. It's the order that built the resistance.
